UI Alert

Shared confirmation and delete dialogs opened through AlertProvider hooks. They centralize destructive action styling, confirm/cancel callbacks, optional typed confirmationText and transition-aware cleanup. Use them instead of embedding a new confirmation dialog at every delete button; CommonMenuItemDelete can request these dialogs or use inline confirmation.
