Emoji / Icon Picker

A single picker with segmented emoji/icon modes and a stable panel size across them. It composes EmojiPicker and IconPicker and returns a discriminated value identifying the selected kind. Use it for workspace or item identities when users should choose either an emoji or a styled icon through one control.
