Dialog Manager

Open and dismiss dialogs through a shared manager instead of keeping a separate open boolean and mounted dialog beside every trigger. Managed dialogs use the responsive dialog defaults, including mobile drawers, and remain mounted through their closing transitions. Use it for dialogs triggered from menus or distant parts of the component tree.
